Now Hiring - Entry Level Client Manager in Woodbridge, VA

Please be mindful that applicants will be asked to commute to our Fairfax office 3-4 times a week.

The Entry Level Client Manager will be tasked with maintaining current clients and growing our customer base, meeting regularly with management, training junior client services agents, and recommending different product options to customers.

• Being an excellent communicator, your main responsibility will be daily interactions with clients and customers.
• Understanding the business, while we offer continuous training, an individual must be available and open to learning the information to properly present information to customers.
• Ability to work with others. When in the office we share ideas and offer suggestions to help further advance the business. An individual must be willing to improve through collaboration.

Entry Level Client Manager Responsibilities:

• Assess customers' needs and provide assistance and information on product features
• Ability to drive positive customer experience through interacting with customers face to face
• Attend in-office meetings to stay up-to-date on industry knowledge

Pay: $768.50 - $1,045.94 per week
